TAS Business Solutions LLC is a commercial consulting firm founded in 2016. We bring focused operational experience in pediatric orthopedic bracing, DME, and international distribution — working directly with surgeons, clinical teams, and distributor partners across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

Our clinical work centered on ankle foot orthoses (AFOs) for clubfoot treatment via the Ponseti protocol, and pediatric hip abduction bracing system. This brought direct exposure to the full surgical care pathway — including tenotomy, closed and open hip reduction, and spica casting as standard steps in pediatric orthopedic treatment.

Our approach is grounded in field execution, not theory. We have built distributor networks from scratch, reset underperforming territories, engaged surgeons at the clinical level, and aligned OEM manufacturers with distribution realities on the ground — across three continents.
